It’s time for another senior feature, and this week I want to show you Rachyl’s photos! Rachyl is an Influencer with the studio this year, and I’ve enjoyed working with her at every shoot she’s been a part of, but her senior session definitely holds a special place in my heart.
We started the day with hair and makeup by our favorite makeup artist, Jordy, then we headed out to Belfrey, MT. Rachyl’s family knows a family out in Belfrey that has all kinds of amazing vintage stuff filling their property, so this shoot was one of a kind and so special to all of us!
Rachyl’s first outfit was a blue dress with white heels and the cutest hat! The blue in the dress really made Rachyl’s eyes pop.
This soda bottle was originally empty, so we had to improvise! Nobody had any Pepsi, but luckily, Coke and Pepsi look the same.
Next, Rachyl changed into a blue top with these colorful flowered pants, her blue Converse, and some sunglasses. We also pulled out the school bus! This bus has been remodeled inside to function more as a camper, and has even been taken on road trips!
The family who owns this property even has a super cool dinosaur!
After spending some time checking out the dinosaur, we pulled out another awesome vehicle! I’m obsessed with this bug and I love how it matches Rachyl’s outfit and adds another pop of color to the photo!
I definitely wanted to make sure we got some shots in front of these old gas pumps! I also wanted to make sure we gave this rotary phone the spot light at some point, and I love how these photos turned out with both the gas pumps and phone together.
Rachyl changed into a green dress with black heels that she paired with a sweater, and we headed out to the highway. We wanted to get the beautiful summer scenery in her photos. The mountains and the greenery were really gorgeous back in August!
Lastly, Rachyl changed into a more casual outfit and pulled out her collection of books. These photos are some of my favorites, and I know Ru was excited to be assisting on this shoot as well! Rachyl and Ru have similar taste in books and both love to read!
How cute is Rachyl with all her books? I mean seriously, I love these ones!
Once we were finished up with the books, we headed across the bridge to the lake and finished up with some water photos! We had a full day of fun and excitement, and loved every moment of it! I was so excited to see the photos that I used the car ride home to show Rachyl and her parents a little sneak peak.
