The reveal and ordering appointment, which is included in your initial session fee, might just be my favorite part of the entire Ashley Williams Experience! I love seeing everyone’s face when they finally see physical products and see all their photos up close!

By the time your reveal and ordering appointment comes around, you’ve had a little bit of time to think about your session. I will always make sure that you’re still feeling good about everything, and help to curb any anxieties you have before even digging into your pictures! During this conversation, I will also remind you of my basic pricing so there are no surprises. You will order that same day, and the product payment is due at that time.

At the beginning of our appointment, I will show you a slideshow with all the pictures from your session. These photos will be lightly edited, so you can begin to see how they will turn out with my editing. The slideshow is so fun! It’s basically a movie of YOU! Don’t keep track of your favorite photos quite yet, just enjoy the slideshow. After that, I will show you physical 5×7 prints of all the pictures so you can really see the great quality of the pictures in person.

This is when you get to decide which photos you love, and which photos you only like. You’ll be able to choose which photo you would like a digital of, to post or put in the yearbook, and decide what photos you would like printed. The appointment will be in your home, so this is the perfect opportunity to see your photos close to your other decorations, and measure walls if you would like wall art! If you want to get an album, you will be able to arrange physical photos in the order you would like them in your album, and make sure you choose a good balance of photos.

Once you order and purchase your products, I will go back and fully edit the photos you loved. I will then get your order ready, and deliver it to you once it’s ready!
