I am so excited to be starting a series where I explain in detail what happens when you book with me and the experience you are going to have with Ashley Williams Photography. Today we are going to be talking about Part 1: The Consultation!
The Ashley Williams Consultation is split into two parts: the Discovery Phone Call and the consultation itself.
The Discovery Phone Call is the first contact I have with you! During this phone call, we’ll talk about your wants, your price range, and a little bit about your expectations. After the phone call, you will know that I am the right photographer for you, and we will schedule your consultation!
During your 60-minute in person consultation, we will work toward fulfilling three steps: I will show you products in person, we will plan your session, and we will get you booked and paid for.
We will meet in the comfort of your own home! I will show you samples of my products, from matte prints, glossy prints, wall hangings, and albums. From sitting in your home and talking to you about my products, I can know the general vibe and aesthetic of your home decor. This helps me to plan your session! We will plan everything from outfits, location, and we will even get your session booked. You also have a say in what happens during your session! Your consultation is a time for you to let me know your wants and expectations for the shoot. The session fee is due at booking.
After getting your session booked, we will have the photo session, the reveal and ordering session, and your products will be hand wrapped and delivered right to you! Stay tuned for blogs going more into detail about each of those steps in the AWP Experience!
